Professional Project Manager and CEO, Richard Kotzé, is registered with Project Management South Africa (PMSA) and has a demonstrated history in the property development sector. Commencing his career in local government, Richard honed his expertise in local processes and legislation before founding WRAP in Hermanus, Western Cape. Initially focused on the front-end loading stages of development projects, WRAP evolved to proficiently manage the implementation stages of projects.
Principal Town Planner, Thian Jansen, holds accreditation with the South African Council of Planners (SACPLAN). With expertise in Urban Planning, Thian leads the design of innovative residential, commercial, and industrial layouts. Additionally, Thian drafts and prepares land use applications for submission to various regulatory bodies, including Local Authorities, Heritage Authorities, and Government Departments.
Veronica Jansen is an experienced Professional Town Planner, registered with the South African Council of Planners (SACPLAN). Veronica excels in submitting and managing land use applications, with a track record of overseeing land use applications from inception to completion, harnessing collaborative efforts, and ensuring quality deliverables.
Salomé Kotzé is a seasoned professional renowned for her extensive experience as a Project Administrator, registered with Project Management South Africa (PMSA). With a wealth of experience, Salomé successfully manages projects, providing meticulous end-to-end administrative and logistical support to town planning and project management professionals. Her exceptional organisational skills are pivotal in ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of projects.
